Advising on the restructure and sale of BDS Group which has operations in Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Thailand and India.

Advising on the acquisition of a group of businesses in the wholesale travel industry, including drafting complex share purchase agreements as well as earn-out provisions, and the disposal of NRMA’s suite of wholesale travel businesses to the Travel Corporation.
