NRMA Travel

Advising on the acquisition of a group of businesses in the wholesale travel industry, including drafting complex share purchase agreements as well as earn-out provisions, and the disposal of NRMA’s suite of wholesale travel businesses to the Travel Corporation.

Advising on the partnership agreement for this Australian and international association of accounting firms.

OO Australasia

Advised this leading online retailer on internal structural realignments, acquisition of golf equipment business, and its disposal to Grays Online.

Advising this Queensland plaintiff law firm on its sale to ASX listed Slater & Gordon for $19 million.

Acting on the sale of Softlink to the Constellaton Group of Canada involving a dual track sale process involving over 60 major and minor shareholders.
