ClarkeKann Lawyers Sydney sharpens commercial focus

ClarkeKann’s commitment to delivering solution-based outcomes for our clients remains at the centre of our offering. Providing qualified, trustworthy, bespoke legal advice with a particular focus across our core areas of expertise; Agribusiness, Intellectual Property and Technology, Business and Corporate Transactions, Financial Services and beyond.

In line with this commitment to our clients, and with the support of our talented team, earlier this year we elected to de-merge with our Brisbane Office. The de-merge came into effect in September 2019.

Why the change?

ClarkeKann’s Sydney office has been steadily adapting to the needs of our clients and the market. We believe this move will allow us to concentrate on our focus areas and build deeper relationships with and better advise our clients in our core practice areas. It will allow us to continue to leverage our practice as one of Sydney’s leading specialist commercial firms.

What this means for you

For our current clients there will be no change in the way we work together. You’ll still have the same contacts in our Sydney office and deal with the same team you’re already familiar with.

If we’re currently advising you on a matter, you have our ongoing commitment that it will be business as usual and we will continue to work with you in the same way.

Want to know more?

For our team here this represents an exciting new chapter in our relationship – one in which we hope to build on the great work we’ve built our reputation on.
