In 2013, CK attended to the disposal of the iconic Queensland grazing properties Glenprairie and Tartrus west of Rockhampton for Sir Graham McCamley, one of the most highly regarded figures in the Australian beef industry.

Property & Projects Partner Tim Ferrier acted in the transactions which also involved sales of cattle and water entitlements. The transactions represented one of the most high profile deals in the Australian cattle industry in 2013.
