Founded on a culture of authenticity, ClarkeKann commits people and know how to help our clients make the right decisions and grow in what can be a challenging business environment.
Clever thinking, flexibility and a passion for practical business minded solutions inform every aspect of our work. But context counts, so our people make every effort to listen carefully and tackle challenges with our clients’ commercial objectives foremost in mind.
Our people are at the heart of ClarkeKann. We are firmly committed to providing a friendly, supportive and dynamic environment where our people can excel at what they do.
ClarkeKann has offices in Brisbane and Sydney having joined with long established Sydney law firm Gray & Perkins in 2010 to expand our resources and service offering.
2015 marked our 50 year anniversary, and we are very proud to celebrate this significant milestone with our clients and our people. From simple beginnings, ClarkeKann now has over 70 people located across our Brisbane and Sydney offices.
We value our past, and are confident in our commitment to create real value for our clients and our people.
For over 50 years ClarkeKann has demonstrated an undeniable passion for what we do and how we do it. Above all, our lawyers are determined to deliver the best possible results in everything they take on.
Our vision is to be one of Australia's leading law firms. We will achieve this by promoting and encouraging strong relationships with our clients and our people, innovation, and a resolve to achieve excellent results in a professional manner.
Our values are one thing that will not change:
We never take our clients for granted, and are immensely proud of our long standing relationships with clients from a wide range of industries across Australia and overseas.
From SMEs to public companies, whether a startup or mature business, to government and government owned corporations, our commitment to service excellence remains the same.
Corporate responsibility is embedded throughout our business, and we are deeply committed to making a difference in our community. We are proud of our tradition of community investment and seek opportunities for our people to get involved.
Our people contribute to community programs in many different ways, including providing pro bono legal assistance on matters for community and non profit organisations, volunteering at free legal clinics to help disadvantaged members of the community, and volunteering and giving financial donations to charitable organisations.
Some of the community organisations we assist include:
