Alison has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial and corporate law matters, specialising in general corporate and commercial advisory, business transactions, due diligence projects and corporate restructures. She has widespread experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements including tendering and procurement contracts, SAAS and IT agreements, distribution and manufacturing agreements and shareholder agreements, as well as dispute resolution with a particular focus on financial services investigations and shareholder disputes.

Alison has worked with a broad range of clients including high net-worth individuals, SMEs, large listed companies, and not-for-profit organisations.
