Eddie offers over 35 years of experience in the Property Industry. He maintains active involvement in the Property Industry both as a player and adviser. He advises on the legal aspects of financing, acquisition, planning and development of commercial, retail, regional and resort projects. He has been a member of industry and government committees, reviewing and providing advice on property, planning and environmental law and issues.

• The Mirvac Group – relationship partner responsible for the delivery of legal services to The Mirvac Group for its projects in Queensland.
• Australia Post – legal adviser to Post in relation to its portfolio of properties and its external property requirements. Lead role in negotiating a national lease between Post and a national retail shopping centre chain.
• Taiwan Sugar Corporation – legal adviser to facilitate foreign investment in agribusiness projects.
• China Steel Corporation – legal adviser to facilitate foreign investment in Australian resource industries.
• St Laurence Group – acquisition, planning and development of retail shopping centre projects.
