Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC)

The QIRC and the Industrial Court of Queensland is an independent tribunal established to conciliate and arbitrate industrial matters in the State of Queensland.

Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC)

An independent national tribunal to assist in resolving industrial disputes; handling certain termination of employment claims; rationalising and simplifying awards; and dealing with applications about industrial action.

Australian Fair Pay Commission (AFPC)

An independent, statutory body responsible for setting and adjusting Federal Minimum Wages. It was established under the Workplace Relations Amendment (WorkChoices) Act 2005.

Anti Discrimination Commission Queensland (ADCQ)

An independent statutory authority which administers the Anti Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld).

The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC)

A national independent statutory body responsible for the implementation of federal human rights and anti-discrimination law in Australia. The Commission administers five federal laws that cover discrimination and breaches of human right: Age Discrimination Act 2004, Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Sex Discrimination Act 1984, Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986.
