He offers commercial and legal experience including an indepth knowledge of building and construction contracts including alliancing and relationship contracting. He is also experienced in advising principals, (including public and private) contractors and consultants on a broad range of commercial issues at early project conception and during course of construction. Robert has extensive experience in dispute management including litigation, arbitration and mediation, both in prosecuting and defending claims.
