Legal Expertise ProfilePaul has an intimate knowledge of property development law. His work sees him acting for major developers in the acquisition, approval, and development stages of major residential, commercial, land and integrated developments. His expertise includes advising on all statutory requirements of environmental law including the Environmental Protection Act 1994, Integrated Planning Act 1997, Queensland Heritage Act 1992, conducting town planning appeals, drafting planning and titling documentation. Work ProjectsPaul has acted on a range of development and property matters including: - The Mirvac Group - Tennyson Tennis Centre – planning, native title advice, due diligence, lead negotiations and provided advice on structuring in respect of a Development Agreement with State of Queensland for provision of riparian land by the State in exchange for delivery of a State Tennis Centre. www.mirvac.com.au
