We wish to announce Penelope “Pip” Barnes has joined ClarkeKann as Special Counsel in the Property division.  Pip is an experienced Property lawyer both in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining ClarkeKann, Pip was a Partner at Pattinson and Brewer Solicitors, London heading their Property division, and on moving to Australia, Pip was a Consultant at a large law firm in Sydney for 6 years.  Pip has undertaken several major property due diligences in Australia, and a significant amount of retail and commercial leasing.
