Professional BackgroundPaul holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University in Sydney, including an exchange to Uppsala Universitet, Sweden where he studied International Law, and a Master of Laws (Commercial Law) from Monash University in Melbourne.
