Advising Primero on the acquisition, via scrip based scheme of arrangement, of Cerro Resources NL, a company listed on the ASX for an implied value of circa $120 million.
Development of residential apartments in Fortitude Valley and South Brisbane.
Advising China Steel Corporation, Taiwan's largest steel maker, on the acquisition (including FIRB approval)and establishment of the joint venture for the $260 million Sonoma Coal Project in Central Queensland.
